Just as your wedding day is unique to you, we will customize pricing for your special day.
2025 wedding packages begin at $4,200
OTHER EVENTS
Contact us for hosting your showers, reunions and parties.
Pricing begins at $300 for the first two hours and $50 every hour thereafter for Saturday events. Ask us about special pricing for events booked Sunday afternoon through Wednesday.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
When you book The Barn at Richmond for your wedding or reception, the venue is fully accessible to you beginning on Thursday the week prior to decorate or rehearse and until noon the day following your special day for clean up.
A payment of $800 is due when booking our venue for a wedding. This payment secures your date and is non-refundable. If cancellation is necessary, The Barn at Richmond will be diligent in booking your date. If rebooking occurs, the $800 deposit will be refunded to you.
Final payment is due at least 60 days prior to your event. If payment is not made, The Barn at Richmond has the option to cancel your event.
A damage deposit in the amount of $500 is due 60 days prior to your event. This amount will be refunded to you if there is no damage found to the venue or property 10 days after your event.
